Where are the picks printed?

All picks are professionally printed by Dunlop, in Benicia, CA

What's a Pad Print?

Pad printing is for designs with more than one color or larger than a circle radius of 3/4”. Your design can utilize the entire area of the pick using this process. However, the digital printing process can accommodate similar designs at a lower price point. See below for more information on digital printing.

What's Hot Stamp?

Hot Stamp is a reflective or flat, one-color stamp limited to a circle radius of 3/4”. Typically White print on a dark pick or Black print on a lighter pick is the norm, but other colors can be used. This is the most cost effective printing method for single color printing.

What's Digital Print?

Digital Print is a more recent option and in many cases can be a great, and more affordable alternative to PAD Printing. If your logo requires multiple colors then select the Digital option. We will let you know through the proof process if we or Dunlop have any questions and will work with you to come up with the best solution.

Once I pay the printing set-up fees, will I be charged set-up fees for re-orders?

No, once Dunlop creates your logo from your approved mock up, it is kept on file and can be used again for re-orders. If you need to re-order and also need to make changes to the logo, there will most likely be a new set-up fee.

What colors can I use?

Dunlop offers a variety of colors and finish choices. We’ll provide you with a best match or recommendation during the proofing process.

What's the minimum quantity I can order?

Quantities start at 800 picks per design. Pick type, color, shape, gauge, and print color can be broken into increments of 200.

Can I put a photo on my pick?

Full color printing is available as a pad print or digital print on white picks only.

Can I use nylon picks?

Due to the finish of the material, nylon picks can’t be customized.

What kind of file should I send?

Vector based file formats (.ai, .eps, .pdf) are preferred. Image file formats (.jpg, .psd) are also acceptable in most instances.

Why am I redirected to Paypal to make my payment?

We use Paypal as our payment card processor because of their high level of security and fraud prevention, as well as simplicity. During your checkout you will be directed to a Paypal page for credit card processing, and then you will be directed back to our site. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, or your Paypal account. You are not required to have a Paypal account in order to use your credit card, nor will you be required to sign up for Paypal.
